The property is located in the new March Air Force Business Park, one of the newest and largest warehouse distribution centers in Southern California.

"Since early 2006, Riverside County, CA was one of the first areas in the U.S. to feel the affected of the sub-prime mortgage crisis and related liquidity crisis.
